The Government contemplates awarding a single IDIQ contract with an ordering period of five (5) years in support of the KC-46 aircraft. The requirement is NOT set-aside for small businesses. This is a sole source requirement to Chemring Energetic Devices, Inc. (CAGE: 93455) due to Chemring Energetic Devices, Inc. currently being the only qualified vendor. The solicitation will be made available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) < https://www.sam.gov >, on approximately June 8, 2023. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement contact the firm listed. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Qualification package required for those contractors who are not already qualified (See FAR 52.209-1). Unless determined to be in the Government’s interest, award of this anticipated contract shall not be delayed to permit an offeror to submit evidence of qualification.
