The contractor shall provide testing services. Services include: conducting a closed bomb test, a UCTA test, and a FAT with BBU-63/B impulse cartridges to collect data. The FAT method shall be conducted according to the current FAT instructions using the BRU-44 Bomb Rack. The Contractor shall perform their duties at their own facility and transmit data at the appropriate security levels using approved DoD communications methodologies (I.E.NIPRNET/SIPRNET/JWICS as appropriate).
