This acquisition seeks a firm-fixed price contract for T-38 remanufacturing of Cartridge Actuated Devices/Propellant Actuated Devices (CAD/PAD) for the USAF and USN. It is a sole-source requirement with only one responsible source anticipated, though all responsible sources may submit proposals. The place of contract performance is to be determined upon award, and foreign participation is permitted at the prime contractor level. Delivery for each line item is required 12 months after receipt of order (ARO). The government reserves the right not to issue a solicitation in response to this synopsis.
