NOTICE: This is not a solicitation but rather a Pre-Solicitation Synopsis in support of the CAD/PAD program office. The estimated award date is approximately May 2026. The requirement is NOT set-aside for small businesses. This will be competitive between Rockwell Collins; CAGE Code: 13499 and NAMMO Defense Systems; CAGE Code: 12116. The proposed solicitation is anticipated to be made available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) < https://www.sam.gov >, on approximately December 08, 2025. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement contact the firms listed. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Qualification package required for those contractors who are not already qualified (See FAR 52.209-1).
