This acquisition is limited to qualified sources: a qualification package is required for new sources. See FAR Clause 52.209-1 for qualification requirements. PROPOSALS FROM NON-QUALIFIED SOURCES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IF A QUALIFICATION PACKAGE IS NOT SUBMITTED AND ACCEPTED BY THE AIR FORCE ENGINEER PRIOR TO AWARD, CONTRACT AWARD WILL NOT BE DELAYED FOR QUALIFICATION.
