Award of the subject contract is currently scheduled for September 2025. The (Federal Supply Code/Product Service Code) associated with this acquisition is 13- Ammunition and Explosives. The applicable NAICS code is 325920 – Explosives Manufacturing. The proposed contract action is for the remanufacture of supplies sole source to NAMMO DEFENSE SYSTEMS INC., MESA, AZ.,85215-1210. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. Contractor shall be an approved source by the time of contract award in order to receive proposal consideration. A qualification package is required for new sources. Prospective contractors may submit an offer on supplies bearing different part numbers from those cited in the solicitation. If a proposal does not include a qualification package, consideration of the proposal will not occur.
