This is a Pre-solicitation Synopsis for Production of BBU-48 A/B Impulse Cartridge, see attached Draft Solicitation FA8213-24-R-B012 for details. The USG is requesting feedback/comment from approved vendors to the Draft Solicitation. This acquisition is limited to qualified sources: a qualification package is required for new sources. PROPOSALS FROM NON-QUALIFIED SOURSES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IF A QUALIFICATION PACKAGE IS NOT SUBMITTED AND ACCEPTED BY THE AIR FORCE ENGINEER PRIOR TO AWARD, CONTRACT AWARD WILL NOT BE DELAYED FOR QUALIFICATION. Respondents are advised that the government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this synopsis. All costs associated with responding to this synopsis will be solely at the responding party's expense.
