The proposed contract action is for supplies restricted to qualified sources. Contractor shall be an approved source by the time of contract award in order to receive proposal consideration. A qualification package is required for new sources. Prospective contractors may submit an offer on supplies bearing different part numbers from those cited in the solicitation. If a proposal does not include a qualification package, consideration of the proposal will not occur.
