No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The Government has very limited technical data to provide to potential offerors. The Government does not have funds available to support second source qualification efforts. Offerors must possess access to all appropriate data required to manufacture these items. Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company has the capability and drawings for the items listed above, and the US Government does not own or have the rights to use the data required to manufacture these devices. Interested offerors shall respond to this Source Sought Synopsis no later than 3:00 PM MDT 27 April 2022.
