AFLCMC/EBHJ requires support in order to investigation the failure of the ACES II Emergency Power Supply (EPS), listed in Table 1 to provide sufficient output. The functional testing of the subject unit took place during Ordnance Assessment (OA) testing in October 2019 at EaglePicher Technologies Joplin, Missouri. The required support will entail performing non-destructive tests and unit dissection in accordance with requirements listed in Section 2.0 and providing investigation documentation in as part of an investigation report to the Government. An evaluation and summary of applicable production data/drawings/records shall also be include in the investigation report to help identify any information that could help determine possible contributing factors to the failure.
