SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT ACTION: The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. O_HL/PZABA, Hill AFB Utah, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a one-time, sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract for four (4) F-16 Fuel Cells (NSN: 1560-01-322-9987WF (Part Number 320-4-45550-105) to AllClear Aerospace & Defense, Inc.,15501 SW 29th Street, Suite 101, Miranmar, FL, 33027 (Cage Code: 1ZK21), a distributor of (Parker) Meggitt, Inc., 669 Goodyear Street, Rockmart, Georgia, 30153 (Cage Code: 56221) the OEM as listed on the AFMC 761, Qualified Sources. AllClear and Meggitt have a signed agreement, authorizing AllClear to stock and distribute F-16 Fuel Cells until September 15, 2025. The government reserves the right to not make an award at all. All interested parties may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
