NSN: 5998-01-629-5711WF P/N: 201126351-30 F-16 Circuit Card Assembly, ESDC THE GOVERNMENT ANTICIPATES BUYING 82 EACH, $1,985.10. This item was developed and qualified as the direct result of an engineering project to address diminishing sources of supply. The government owns the full technical data package and data rights, so this item is competitively purchased. The 761 is AMC/AMSC coded 2/C. Vendors wishing to qualify as an approved source for the ESDC CCA must submit a SAR package demonstrate and prove technical capability including PCB Surface Mount Technology capabilities and Automated Optical Inspection capabilities. The vendor must follow the approved Acceptance Test Procedures and submit all test reports necessary to meet qualification and first article requirements. Due to the unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source, new sources must qualify in accordance with the design control authority’s procedures, as approved by the cognizant government engineering activity detailed in the associated Manufacturing Qualification Requirements (MQR). The ESDC CCA is a military unique application and no commercial manufacture or repair sources that satisfy the criteria set forth in the MQR currently exist.
