This requirement is full and open competition, however offerors must pre-qualify. The solicitation will consist of multiple CLINS for first article requirements, production, and data. Description: A-10 Aircraft Fuel Tank Access Door The general CLIN structure of the solicitation is as follows: Line Item 0001 – Production Requirements Line Item 0002 – Data Requirements Line Item 0003 – First Article Requirements Line Item 0001 - Production Assets NSN: 1560015196366 Description: Production Assets Delivery: 01 JAN 2022 Delivery Destination: SW3210 Quantity: 8 Unit of Issue: EA Line Item 0002 - DATA - First Article Inspection Reports CDRL NSN: 1560015196366 Description: Data IAW DD1423-1 Delivery: IAW DD1423-1, First Article Waiver (if approved) Delivery Destination: SW3210 Delivery Note: IAW FA activity form 260 Quantity: 1 Unit of Issue: LT Line Item 0003 - First Article Assets NSN: 1560015196366 Description: First Article Assets Delivery: 150 Days After Receipt of Contract (preferred) Delivery Destination: FB2029 Quantity: 1 Unit of Issue: EA Counterfeit Prevention Plan will be required Total Quantities for this requirement (including first article assets): 9 EA Anticipated Award Date: 15 May 2021 RESTRICTED TO PREQUALIFIED SOURCE(S): A Source Approval Request (SAR) is required from all other interested contractors. Award will only be made to an approved Qualified Source. See Clause 52.209-1 in the solicitation and the Qualification Requirements package attached for qualification information. In accordance with FAR 9.202(e) the Government reserves the right not to delay contract award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Foreign Participation is not permitted. Please contact Craig Westergard (craig.westergard@us.af.mil) to request the technical data package for this requirement. A valid shipping address is required, as a CD will be shipped to the prospective offeror. Please note that the deadline for offer submissions was extended from 5 May 2021 to 14 May 2021 (2:00 PM MDT). This extention is to allow additional time for receipt of technical data package CDs.
