Only DoD Contractors who have a current DD Form 2345 are authorized to have access to applicable drawings/technical orders/specifications. RESTRICTED TO QUALIFIED SOURCE(S): A Source Approval Request is required from all unqualified contractors. See Clause 52.209-1 in the solicitation and the Qualification Requirements package attached for qualification information. Award will only be made to an approved qualified source. Per FAR Clause 9.202(e) the government reserves the right to not delay contract award in order to provide a potential offeror with an opportunity to demonstrate its ability to meet the standards specified in the attached Manufacturing Qualification Requirements for qualification.
