The current models provided have minor errors related to geometry but do not affect the contractor’s ability to provide an accurate quote. 16OCT2023: Please review Amendment 0001 in its entirety and please email the PCO if you have any questions. The solicitation has been amended to add Master tooling as GFP. In addition, The USAF has scheduled a site visit to allow vendors to physically inspect the Master tooling at the AMARG on Tuesday November 14 2023 starting at 0830 local time. The details are in Amendment 0001. Please let me know if your firm is bidding on the RH and LH Aft Cowlings and if your firm is attending the site visit no later than (NLT) Friday October 27, 2023. This will be the only site visit to inspect the Master tooling. Please note, the drawings/specs for the casting house for the RH Aft Cowling and LH Aft Cowling are nearly the same. The drawings for the casting house for the LH Aft Cowling have been provided in the solicitation for bidding purposes. The DoD manufacturer shall build, test, and deliver serviceable quality A-10 parts to the USAF by the required delivery times IAW the current TDP attached to this notice and higher level contract quality AS9100. To meet the requirement, the DoD manufacturer is fully responsible for reviewing the entire TDP thoroughly before bidding on the requirement and identifying any discrepancies in a reasonable time to resolve the discrepancy in-order to bid on-time. No Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) is authorized for this requirement. By bidding on the requirement, the offeror certifies as a responsible DoD manufacturer that they are technical capable, have the financial resources, and a complete and current TDP to deliver serviceable assets No Later Than (NLT) the required delivery times in SECTION B. **PLEASE NOTE: Any deviations to the TDP shall be approved only by the Design Authority (USAF)** 10. TDP Access: The draft TDPs are export controlled and are too large to upload on SAM.gov. The TDPs must be e-mailed to authorized requesters via DoD SAFE. To request access to the TDPs the request must be for official business only (your firm intends to bid on the requirement) and the requester must be listed on the DD2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, as the authorized custodian of the data. We must verify that the requester is listed as the data custodian on the DD2345 before we can e-mail the TDPs to your firm. 11. Foreign Participation Not Allowed.
