The O_LH/PZABA office, Hill AFB Utah, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a 5-Year IDIQ ($4.8M Maximium), Firm Fixed Price contract for Inlet Rings for the A-10 Aircraft (NSN: 2840013183121FJ) to the repsonsible quoter whose proposal conforms to the solicitation, which will be the most advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right to not make an award at all. See attached Item Description document and Data Package hyperlink for detailed item information. RESTRICTED TO PREQUALIFIED SOURCE(S): A Source Approval Request (SAR) is required from all other interested contractors. Award will only be made to an approved Qualified Source. See Clause 52.209-1 in the solicitation and the Qualification Requirements package attached for qualification information. In accordance with FAR 9.202(e) the Government reserves the right not to delay contract award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This Presolicitation is notice for solicitation, which will be issued mid-December or soon thereafter. The entire solicitation (FA8212-22-R-0005) and any/all amendments will be made available only on the SAM.gov website. All current/future information about this acquisition, i.e. solicitation, amendments, purchase specificitions, and Q&As will be distributed through SAM.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this requirement. Please contact Mark Clifton at mark.clifton.3@us.af.mil once the Data Package access has been requested through SAM.gov for approval. The government owns the detailed drawing packages. This effort is expected to be a TOTAL Small Business Set-Aside. No foreign participation is permitted.
