The O_HL/PZABA, Hill AFB Utah intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a replenishment spares buy for the A-Vault and B-Plug program (ICBM), NSN: 5998-01-570-8389 AH, FFP contract to the responsible quoter, whose proposal conforms to the solicitation, which will be most advantageous to the Government.
