Refer to solicitation FA8212-20-R-0016-0001.** The O_HL/PZABA, Hill AFB Utah intends to solicit, negotiate, and award for 15 aircraft skins for the T38 weapon system. This is a small business et aside. This includes a first article requirement and testing. This solicitation contains a Bid B which allows offerors to quote if they have a current first article waiver. FFP contact to the responsible quoter, whose proposal conforms to the solicitation, which will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right not to make an award at all.
