Update to the ARTS V4 System Performance Specification (SPS) The purpose of this notice is to notify industry of an update to the CLASSIFIED System Performance Specification for the ARTS V4 requirement and to provide instructions for those contractors interested in receiving a copy. The Government must first receive a copy of a current DD2345 with the Cage Code of the business entity pursuing this opportunity. The Government will then further review the company for approval in regards to the company's ability to receive, hold, and process CLASSIFIED information. For those contractors that have already provided the DD2345 previously for this effort and are currently part of the approved Source List attached to the DD254, a simple email to the Government with company address, CAGE code, and POC for revalidation will suffice. Under the paramaters above those contractors approved to receive a copy of the SPS will receive a burned disc shipped by the Government.
