At this time it is still anticipate... 05 February 2021 Update This revision is to notify industry that the estimated release date for the Formal RFP is now estimated to be on or around 10 February 2021. At this time it is still anticipated that this will have a proposal response date of 15 March 2021. Additionally, please expect the following changes in the formal RFP. PSC Code is changed from 5840 to AC31 All Other Than Small Businesses will be required to submit a subcontracting plan per FAR requirements in clause 52.219-9 outlined in Section L&M.
