The Air Force is looking to purchase a Heat Exchanger Assembly (HEA) for the Propulsion System Rocket Engine (PSRE) and Shipping Container (SSC). In compliance with FAR 9.204 (f), to allow for greater competition, we have decided not to enforce qualification requirement for solicitation. Instead, we will move forward with an AMSC G coded solicitation and will require the contracted company to fulfill all qualification requirements as part of first article acceptance, at which time, this company can be added to the approved sources of supply list.
