El Monte, CA 91733. Work scope is to update drawing package, create & validate repair procedures, and verify technical instructions by repairing one of each Relief Valve P/N 1269-22C, Manufacture P/N RVAS-02P-407A and P/N RVAS02P405-07. Justification: The Air Force does not have sufficient technical data required to repair these assets. The Technical data is proprietary to VACCO Industries. Under FAR authority 6.302-1 there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The government would suffer unacceptable delays in fulfilling agency requirements if this requirement is not sole sourced.
