NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE – Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Shock Isolator Handling Fixture Sets, NSN 1450-01-392-1822. The Supply Chain Management Contracting Division, Hill Air Force Base, UT intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, with The Boeing Company. This will be a new contract action with an estimated award date of November 2023. Contract deliveries will be made through approximately November 2024 or 12 months after contract award. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The solicitation will not be posted on Sam.gov; however, it will be provided upon request. Interested parties who believe they possess the capabilities to satisfy this requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All responses must be received prior to 09 October 2023, 10:00 AM Mountain Standard Time (MST), in writing, to carol.roth@us.af.mil. Telephone requests will not be honored.
