The government has not been made aware of any restrictions on foreign participation. Collins (Goodrich) is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the only source who currently possesses the design configuration, production, engineering, and process data to remanufacture the B-1B PTO Shafts. The Government does not have the capability to qualify another repair source, there is not currently an approved Repair Qualification Requirements (RQR) document that would facilitate the qualification of another source. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
