This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this SF 18. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). This solicitation is for Brand Name items. See attached Single Source Justification. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this commercial service is 334515; the small business size standard is 750 employees. Hill Air Force Base has a requirement for 22 Keysight 85521A CAI Kits. See Line Items for detailed shipping instructions. Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quotations in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Offerors are required to provide their Contractor's DUNS Number, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code with their quote. The CAGE code entered must be for that name and address provided by the Contractor. Offerors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) http://sam.gov. Offerors must have a current SAM record prior to receiving an award for this solicitation. Offerors are responsible for ensuring their quote has been received and is legible. Quotes must be received by the Contracting Officer, Capt Ali Srader, no later than 4:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on 5 September 2025.
