The government intends to issue a sole source solicitation/contract to Crane/Hydro-Aire Inc (CAGE 81982) as they are the sole manufacturer of the items and do not currently distribute these items through any other vendors. This requirement is for manufacture of a highly specialized component whose design is currently limited to Crane Aerospace/Hydro-Aire Inc. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Respondents shall specify whether it is a large business, 8(a) concern, women-owned small business, HUBZone small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled or a veteran-owned small business. Respondents must also specify whether they are a U.S. or foreign-owned firm. Synopsis responses should specifically address ability to provide the items being acquired. Solicitation will be disseminated electronically.
