The government intends to issue a sole source solicitation/contract to Arkwin Industries (CAGE 98391) as they are the sole manufacturer of the items and do not currently distribute these items through any other vendors. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Respondents shall specify whether it is a large business, 8(a) concern, women-owned small business, HUBZone small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled or a veteran-owned small business. Respondents must also specify whether they are a U.S. or foreign-owned firm. Synopsis responses should specifically address ability to provide the items being acquired. Solicitation will be disseminated electronically.
