The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Time and Materials (T&M) sole source solicitation/contract to Peak Industrial Inc, DBA Peak Thermo King (CAGE Code: 0TY29). Product/Service Description: Provide monthly and annual preventative maintenance servicing to Rocket System Launch Program (RSLP) fleet of Thermo King refrigeration units. Also provide additional maintenance repairs as required when identified during inspection or unforeseen repairs occur. Equipment: Tools and parts necessary to service, maintain, and repair the Thermo King equipment. Estimated Period of Performance: 30 September 2025 - 29 September 2030 Anticipated Award: On or Before 30 Sept 2025 Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Time and Material (T&M) THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PREPARING A RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE.
