This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) total small-business set-aside contract for construction work at Hill AFB, UT (Davis County); the Utah Test and Training Range; Little Mountain Test Facility; Utah Air National Guard Base; Boulder Seismic Site, WY; and other geographically separated units under 75 ABW/CC responsibility. Each project will be awarded through an individual task order against the basic contract. Task orders will cover real property maintenance, repair, alteration, and new construction.
