Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for comprehensive support to facilitate a traditional cultural specialist survey on the Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR) and provide expert consultation at the Utah DoD Annual American Indian Meeting. The contract is a 5-year, 6-month Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (FFP IDIQ) vehicle. Performance of services is tied to the UTTR and the meeting location in Utah. Quotes will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, with award going to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable vendor. The contractor must have specific experience in tribal coordination, understanding of UTTR ethnography, and the ability to reimburse tribes.
