Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The government seeks a contractor to rent, clean, and maintain 25 portable toilets at the Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR), DET 1 area in Dugway, Utah, with a contingency plan for up to 8 additional units for periodic surges. These required surges will occur 2-3 times per year, not to exceed three times annually. The intended contract is a single-award blanket purchase agreement with a projected period of performance from September 2, 2025, through September 1, 2030. The work is necessary for the continuation of the mission at the specified location.
