The contractor must provide cable or satellite television service for one connection at Building 1010 within the Avery Compound at Dugway Proving Ground, Utah. The required basic package includes local, national, and international news and weather channels. The existing infrastructure is compatible with DirecTV, but proposals for different providers are allowed if the contractor covers all associated modification costs.
