If it will be resumed, it will be reposted at a later date. The government has requirements for a mass communication, cloud based, FedRAMP, Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program, approved, commercial solution platform that displays a variety of digital signage solutions on a government managed unclassified network via TV monitors in a variety of geographically separated units. Will require Authority to Operate or Authority to Connect. The totality of requirements encompasses: hardware purchasing, installation and maintenance of all hardware and software services, maintenance support and remote support, training on usage of all hardware and software service components for a total of 8 geographically separated units, only one outside the country, as well as to include a myriad of buildings at each site location. This display system service and TV monitors will be used by the Commander, leadership, and thousands of employees alike in their work areas to improve workforce engagement, communication and ultimately retention. Please review all attached documents. Facility drawings are available upon request after the vendor has been confirmed to be Fed-Ramped and Authority to Operate approved.
