This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The front-end loader shall be suitable for heavy-duty industrial use in construction projects. It should be equipped with a quick-attach system for easy interchangeability of attachments. The loader must comply with all relevant safety standards and regulations. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached for review of the requirement. The service Period of Performance (PoP) covers 1 May – 30 Sept 2025. See attached Standard Form (SF)18 Solicitation for Contract Line Items (CLINs) and PoP for each CLIN. The front-end loader must be delivered to 75 CES/CEOR (Range Support Flight/Utah Test and Training. Range) NLT 1 May 2025. Delivery includes assembly, testing, and training of personnel on operation and maintenance.
