Also added is a revised SOW and the approved chemicals list. ********** Amendment 1: A site walk has been scheduled for Wednesday, 24 April 2024 at 9:00 am. Attached to this solicitation is the site walk information (meeting location and attendee requirements) If you have any questions regarding the site walk, email the contact in the site walk document. ********** The Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR) Eagle Shop requires an initial professional extermination, cleaning, and sanitation of rodent infestation. Once that is completed, provide scheduled maintenance and upkeep on quarterly basis, and emergency visits as requested. Initial services required include extermination of all rodents, installation of rodent traps and abatement, thorough cleaning of the entire facility, and sanitation. Quarterly routine maintenance include cleaning, sanitizing, replacing traps and abatement products as needed. Only chemicals approved by the Government may be used. Required services are in the attached SOW. Services will be performed as scheduled in advance, Monday - Thursday, between 0700 (7 am) - 1300 (1 pm). This request is for a base year plus four (4) option years beginning once contract is awarded.
