The vendor shall supply mobile cranes on request over the life of the contract to support rocket motor moves in accordance with the attached SOW. Locations include both Hill AFB and Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR). All offers must submit the following: 1. Lift plan as identified in SOW 3.1 2. Certifications as identified in SOW 2.0 and 3.1 3. List of equipment that will meet lift requirements in SOW 4. Pricing for ordering periods Please submit all questions to the point of contacts by close of business 17 Sept 2024. Amendment 0001: The purpose of the amendment is to update the ordering procedures, pricing sheet, instructions to offers, evaluation factors for award, and to add clause 52.232-36 Payment by Third Party. Answers to questions are also attached. Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to update the attached pricing for ordering periods and attached Q&A document to reflect the corrected answers and additional questions. It also updates the SOW to include AFI 6.3.6.2.
