It is the Government's intent to pursue a sole source contract with Motorola Solutions Inc. for the Commerical Turnkey Replacement of Land Mobile Radio Trunking System which includes both the supplies and services of the (LMRTS) system serving Hill AFB, Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR), and Little Mountain Test Facility. Modernize to meet current mandates for full Authority To Operate (ATO)/Cybersecurity requirements support. The replacement for the unsustainable Hill AFB Land Mobile Radio Trunking System( LMRTS), and extend LMR services from Travis AFB to align with ELMR interoperability. Replacement of seven LMR sites, serving Hill AFB (HAFB), Utah Test and Training Range(UTTR), Little Mountain Test Facility. Full ATO/Cybersecurity requirements support. Full hardware and software maintenance and sustainment management of the HAFB LMRTS via the USAF Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (ELMR) Lifecycle Management and Sustainment Services contract upon completion of LMRTS installation and acceptance by government.
