Thank you. *UPDATE 4 May 2023* The purpose of Update 4 May 2023 is to amend solicitation FA8201-23-Q-0011 with updated documents and request for quote. The government has a time sensitive request for transfer of classroom panel walls and doors, from Bldg 1209 to Bldg 1289 Hill AFB UT, to create new classrooms in Bldg 1289. The request is time sensitive due to immediate need to vacate Bldg 1209. The panel walls and doors transfer is a service requirement and not construction. The SOW has been revised to include an updated description of the following: Electrical (i.e., plug and play), Disposal (i.e., minimal disposal is anticipated and will primarily consist of packing materials/supplies to move the walls and also that unused government items, including excess panels can remain in Bldg 1209, New configuration of Bldg 1289 classrooms to be separated with a paneled wall and not have hallway between the classrooms. Quotes are required to be prepared with the updated documents as follows: Combo synopsis / solicitation FA8201-23-Q-0011 dated 4 May 2023 FA8201-23-Q-0011 Solicitation Clauses SOW revised dated 2 May 2023, with Attachments Tab 01 and Tab 02 Pictures of existing Bldg 1209 panel classrooms and doors available, to be used to create the classrooms in Bldg 1289 Quotes received prior to the Update 4 May 2023 will not be evaluated due to the changes to the solicitation and the requirement for quotes to be submitted in accordance with the updated documents. *UPDATE 21 March 2023* The purpose of this update is to change the date offers due date from 22 March 2023 to 24 March 2023. Quotes are required to be emailed no later than 24 March 2023 12:00 PM MST. *UPDATE 20 March 2023* The purpose of this update is to change the date offers due date from 20 March 2023 to 22 March 2023. Quotes are required to be emailed no later than 22 March 2023 12:00 PM MST. The 448th Supply Chain Management Wing has a requirement for the soundproof walls set up for the Building 1209 Workforce Development Office classrooms need to be disassembled, transferred, possibly adjusted or reconfigured and reassembled at Building 1289. Both buildings are located on Hill Air Force Base (AFB) Utah (UT), 84056. Building 1209 is located at 6009 Wardleigh Rd, Hill AFB UT. Building 1289 is located at 6038 Aspen Avenue, Hill AFB UT.
