It is an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for the execution of real property at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB), as well as facility locations at Little Mountain Test Annex, Utah (LM), and Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR). Task Orders (TO) will be issued under this contract to define specific project requirements involving construction.
