The 75th CES requires an upgrade to current Industrial Waste Treatment Plant (IWTP) process control system, to meet EPA regulations and Air Force Standards for treating hazardous waste water, by updating the existing system from Windows 7 to MS Windows Server 2016. This request requirements is for an upgrade to the existing Process Control System servers, ancillary equipment, and Human Machine Interface (HMI) SCADA control system used to interface, control, historically log and report system functions on the Industrial Waste water Treatment Plant (IWTP). The Contractor shall furnish the personnel, services, equipment, materials, facilities, and other requirements necessary for, or incidental to, the performance of work set forth herein. Primary technical services shall be performed by a credentialed member of an appropriate engineering profession.
