The heavy equipment and maintenance are necessary for continuation of mission at the Utah Test and Training Range in Dugway, Utah. In accordance with FAR 12.603(c)(2): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Hill Air Force Base intends to establish a single award heavy equipment blanket purchase agreement with a Projected Period of Performance of 1 Sep 2020-31 August 2025.
