Surges will occur 2-3 times per year (NTE 3 times per year) and additional 8 portable toilets with hand sanitizer units shall be provided as needed for these surges. The portable toilets and maintenance are necessary for continuation of mission at the Utah Test and Training Range in Dugway, Utah. Hill Air Force Base intends to establish a single award portable toilets blanket purchase agreement with a Projected Period of Performance of 1 Sep 2020-31 August 2025.
