The Government has revised the solicitation and the Camera Maintenance SOW_Final 18 Feb 2020. Due to the delay in uploading revised documents the Government will be extending solicitation due date to 3 March 2020 at 2 pm MST. The Government will accept interested and relevant contractor questions up to 2 pm MST on 3 February 2020, after this time and date, contractor questions pertaining to solicitation SFS CCTV Camera Maintenance will not be accepted. Questions received will be answered and a PDF file document will be created and uploaded to the solicitation by 6 February 2020 at 2 pm MST with responses. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform quarterly PMI as defined in this SOW except for those items specified as government furnished equipment (see attached List of Equipment). The contractor shall perform to the standards in this Statement of Work. Inspect, test, clean and service all CCTV cameras and associated equipment in all locations present in Para. 1.8.5 of the SOW. PMI work shall be accomplished in accordance with (IAW) manufacturer and maintenance manuals specifications for that specific equipment. Restore unscheduled service outages with the timelines outlined in this Statement of Work (SOW). All the required work will be accomplished in accordance with United States Air Force regulations and industry standards.
