NEW UPDATE (6/8/2023): 1 - A list of questions and answers have been added to the attachments, please review. 2 - Reminder that The Contractor shall include a statement along with the list of materials and their specifications and data sheets saying that “[the Contractor’s company name] certifies their materials meets or exceeds that of all of UFGS and UFC Government specifications”. 3 - Proposals are due 13 June 2023 by 6:00PM MST ADDITIONAL NOTE (6/6/2023): It was discovered that on the spreadsheet "Schedule B 5.5 yrs" the "Over-all Contract Total" (cell F67) erroneously does not add cell F66. Please include cell F66 in the over-all total. The newly attached spreadsheet has been corrected. You can continue to use the old spreadsheet but please add cell F66. UPDATES AND AMMENDMENTS (6/6/2023): 1 - Proposal due date extended to 13 June 2023 by 6:00 PM MST 2 - Screenshot of the area for the Seed Task Order added to the Attachments/Links section. Please note that this is a rough estimate. Contractor to confirm measurements upon award of the contract. Transition on the right will need to be smooth and seamless as that area has recently been finished. The striping plan must also be followed as it currently is (see "Seed Task Order Striping Plan" in attachments). 3 - Electronic submission of proposal required. NO HARD COPIES. See "Epoxy IDIQ Section L 1 May 23 Updated" paragraph 3.13.2. This is an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for the execution of a broad range of maintenance, repair and minor construction epoxy floor coating projects affecting real property at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB), as well as facility locations at Little Mountain Test Annex, Utah (LM), and Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR). Task Orders (TO) will be issued under this contract by the Contracting Officer (CO) to define specific project requirements involving construction. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, storage, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to design, manage, and accomplish a broad range of repair, alteration, and/or new construction work on real property for interior floor projects at HAFB, LM, and UTTR in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW), each TO SOW, all Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) http://www.wbdg.org/ccb/browse_cat.php?c=3, and all Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) http://www.wbdg.org/ccb/browse_cat.php?o=29&c=4. (links accessible by copying and pasting into Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or similar browser; Internet Explorer does not work). Projects may include tasks in a variety of trades including, but not limited to, demolition, preparation, patching, electrical, painting, joint sealing, epoxy coating, and other specialty work. The contractor may be required to perform work not anticipated at the time of award, but within the original scope of work. Additional tasks may include emergency flooring projects, floor repairs or replacement. The contractor shall be capable of having their people on site at Hill AFB within two hours of being called for emergencies on a separate emergency TO. An organized site visit for the initial (Seed) Task Order has been scheduled for—25 May 2023 at 10:00 am. Participants shall meet at Building 1138 (east parking lot), Hill AFB, UT, 84056 and will be shuttled to the building where the site visit will be held. CORRECTION TO MEETING LOCATION FOR SITE VISIT: WE WILL BE AT THE PARKING LOT OF BUILDING 543 (UTILITY SHED) WHICH IS ON THE CORNER OF THE SOUTH GATE ENTRANCE AND BALMER ROAD - SEE NEWLY ATTACHED "SCREENSHOT MEETING LOCATION" AS A GUIDE. WE WILL THEN BE SHUTTLED TO THE SITE VISIT. Note: If you plan to attend the pre-proposal conference and you do not have a badge to get on base, please ensure that you e-mail the contracting representative (Kurt Webb at kurt.webb@us.af.mil) by COB 18 May, 2023. Include the company name and first and last names, ID number or Driver's License number, and state and country issued by of individuals that need access. Limit of one (1) employee per vendor.
