A pre-solicitation synopsis was initially posted under number FA8201-23-R-0009_Grounds. This notice is to post the official Request for Proposal FA8201-23-R-0009 for Grounds Maintenance services at Hill Air Force Base and Little Mountain Test Annex in Utah. This solicitation is a HUBZone set-aside. Offerors must meet the requirements of the SBA and be a certified HUBZone small business concern. Site Visit: A site visit will be conducted as part of the solicitation. The site visit is scheduled for 15 June 2023. We will meet outside the Hill Aerospace Museum at 8:00am MDT. The tour will cover Hill AFB and Little Mountain, which is approximately 30 minutes away. Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit to ensure that there is a complete understanding of the requirements stated in the attached PWS. An award will not be modified to accommodate an Offeror's failure to understand the requirement. Offerors wanting to attend will need to provide the following information: - Names (Last, First & Middle), date of birth, driver's license number, and state of issuance This information is due no later than 3:30pm MDT on 8 June 2023 to bryce.michelson@us.af.mil. No more than 2 employees per company will be permitted. Questions Questions regarding this effort shall be submitted to the POCs listed no later than 23 June 2023, 3:30pm MDT. Within the PWS, paragraph 1.5.1.1 (Mulch) and paragraph 1.1.10 (Lawn Renovation) were changed. - Solicitation Amendment FA8201-23-R-0009-0002 is attached along with an updated PWS, Appendix A, and Appendix B dated 16 June 2023.
