Roofing Repair and Installation Contractor shall provide streamlined roofing repairs and replacement of all types of roofing materials, to include but not limited to; builtup, modified, standing seam metal, and asphalt shingle. The vast majority of the abatement projects will be at Hill Air Force Base (Hill AFB), with a small quantity of projects at Little Mountain Test Annex, Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR), Dugway, Carter Creek, and other associated sites located in Utah and Pinedale, Wyoming. All construction will be in accordance with the Specifications and all contract documents attached in Section J as well as all applicable Department of Labor Wage Determinations. Ordering Period for this IDIQ will be 1 May 2022 - 30 April 2027. Unit of Issue for this CLIN is "Project" and each project will represent one Task Order Project. The unit price will be determined in accordance with the price sheet at Exhibit A at the time of order. The period of performance for each project will be specified in each individual task order.
