This is not a request for quote. This requirement is for all supervision, labor, materials and equipment to perform the conversion of film MYLARs to digital MYLARs. The AFLCMC/LZP will provide the film MYLARs. Requirement shall be completed in accordance with the Draft Statement of Work (SOW) enclosed as an attachment.
