Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to provide winterize, de-winterize and perform scheduled maintenance program shall be based on the manufacturer’s recommendations and include visual, operational, servicing, and calibration at an interval of three (3) quarterly inspections on the Aircraft Fire Training Facility (AFTF) at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB), Utah. All work shall be performed In Accordance with (IAW) this PWS, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1402 Standard on Facilities for Fire Training and Associated Props. Technical Order (TO) 35E1-2-13-1 developed by the Air Force Civil Engineering Support Agency and shall conform to the terms, standards, and conditions of the supporting contract. This contract effort will be award year with 4-1 year options.
