This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FY20 Hill AFB Mortuary Affairs Services, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-04. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.502-2(a).
