NOTICE: This is the official Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Hill Enterprise Data Center (HEDC) Sustainment, Modernization, and Consolidation effort at Hill AFB, UT. DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this contract is to support the HEDC, which is the Hill AFB Internal Processing Node (IPN) for mission support systems and applications for over 400 Federal Government programs and systems. The HEDC program currently onboards and sustains customer applications within the HEDC. Additional information can be found in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Attached to this posting is the Solicitation and all accompanying attachments. A bidder’s library is available upon request via email to the POCs listed on this posting. If you previously received the bidder's library, you do not need to request it again as no changes have been made to the documents within it. All current and future information concerning this effort will be posted under this solicitation number. RESPONSES: All proposals are due no later than February 24, 2020 at 4:00 PM MST. Government responses to previously submitted industry questions are included with this posting. Also attached to this posting is a new Question/Comment Matrix. Please submit any new or unanswered questions using the Question/Comment Matrix. All questions are due no later than February 3, 2020 at 4:00 PM MST. This notice should not be... NOTICE: This is a synopsis of proposed contract action in accordance with (IAW) FAR Subpart 5.2. This is neither a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor an Invitation for Bid (IFB). This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government, but rather a synopsis prepared IAW FAR 5.207 for the purpose of notifying potential offerors of an upcoming solicitation for services. DESCRIPTION: Hill Air Force Base, AFSC OL:H/PZIEB intends to issue a RFP for the acquisition of Hill Enterprise Data Center Sustainment, Modernization, and Consolidation (HEDC SMaC) services under solicitation FA8201-20-R-0005. The anticipated period of performance will be 6 years with the potential for 7 years. The HEDC SMaC contract is required to support the HEDC which is the Hill AFB Internal Processing Node (IPN) for mission support systems and applications for over 400 Federal Government programs and systems. The HEDC program currently onboards and sustains customer applications within HEDC. More detail information can be found in the draft performance work statement (PWS). Anticipated CLIN structure and unit of issue will be as follows. Identical CLIN structure will be used for any option periods (excluding 0007). Unit of issue for CLINs 0001 - 0004 (and associated option CLINs) will be Months. Unit of issue for CLIN 0005 - 0006 (and associated option CLINs) will be Lot. RESPONSES: Interested parties may submit responses, by email, to the points of contact listed in this posting. Draft documents will be posted as they become available from now until RFP release. The Government encourages vendor feedback on the draft documents. A question and comment matrix is attached and should be utilized when providing feedback. The Government anticipates releasing the official RFP on 8 January 2020; therefore, all responses to draft documents need to be submitted no later than 3 January 2020. Please submit questions as quickly as possible in order to allow the Government adequate time to answer. All Q&A will be provided to the public through this posting.
